I just heard today of an AI robotics place in Japan, where there were four incomplete robots. One of them completed itself by linking with the information needed on the Internet. it repaired itself, and got the other three robots, completed and operational by doing the work and making the parts. And they proceeded to kill 19 employees of that facility.
