WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR WEAPONS WAR ... well imagine, China for example is gonna produce some Robocobs in mass.. they are the most loyal... So in private life it's possible that we can benefit (education, assistance..) however when it comes to military, and economics... It can be implemented with a slight different intention...
