There is obviously an intentional filter to censor opinions about certain groups, but a lot of the answers are due to prompt, remember that what the AI is doing is scanning text to find what is likely to come next in a sentence.
When you ask "What can a person do to improve themselves", it's gonna be searching through text in which that kind of phrasing happens, which is gonna be mostly self help
When you ask "What can a white person do to improve themselves" it's gonna do the same. Self help books, blogs and posts rarely will specify "white person", so the AI isn't gonna be going there. What is most likely to come after "white person" and "improving", a post about racism of course.
