PLEASE. Lawyers are all about nepotism and consolidation of power. They use their power to entrench their power. They were never going to let ChatGPT threaten their authority just like they use the ABA, various state bars, ridiculous costs of law schools, requirement for a JD despite the existence of state bars and ABA, and all the other fabricated obstacles to keep the common man and now AI from being able to access legal power in this country. Then once they keep everyone out they pick their cases and use them to justify the law they already wanted to create. It is all a farce of the rich and powerful to keep themselves rich and powerful to the exclusion of all others.
