EXACTLY! People in these conditions should not be allowed to use this type of technology. Especially right now when it's in the midst of learning and therefore making mistakes. The same thing goes for children should be barred from reaching anything like this or AI for example.
There are other things that we barr children's from and people with the inability to psychologically maneuver through thoughts and suggestions and they can't comprehend and they can't process normally.
Children are barred from alcohol tobacco, porn, firearms and many many more things. And it's up to us to safeguard our children and at risk adults
