I guess that the solution would be quite simple: A label would have to be created and visible whereas any production using AI should clearly indicate that. While a production that didn't use AI during the whole process will be labeled AI free production or something like that. We will have then both these labels and users will be aware to choose which content they like.
On the longer term, I can foresee that all AI tools to pay a tax to repreentative of the copyrighted data used during training.
