I would never assume "AI can't do X".
Translators have been using AI longer than almost any profession and have always been lambasting it as terrible. Until recently. Then we'd say "it's good, but it doesn't understand context". But now it can. It's still not perfect, but AI has kept getting better, and with systems that can adjust to their specific user, I think it's just a matter of time.
Granted, some jobs will take longer than others, and where human interaction is preferred, jobs will be stickier for people, but I think all or almost all sectors will be affected.
Human experience and manual labor are beyond AI and robotics now, but all the former requires is a sufficiently good simulation capabilities and the latter is slowly being replaced too(warehouse robots, self checkout systems, restaurant server robots, etc.)
