Something that people also don't think about is... how certain are we that our brains aren't just next token predictors? There are so many psychological tests that show that we fill in missing information or naturally understand shuffled words. Also, we are all conditioned by our environment. An american's common greeting is "Hi, how are you?" by default - which in the US sounds natural while in most other countries it might sound strange, almost artificial 👀
"Mary had a little.." - I'm sure most of us also predicted "lamb"
