Any country which country is top on AI ?
US ,secret AI by US defence is magical but in the end just a technology built by some human .
Secret AI maybe 10-15 years ahead from mainstream technology and AI.
China is catching really fast but still way far from secret AI ..way far .
Other emerging countries are India ,Germany ,UK ,Russia but it's no match to secret AI and it's not just technology but also philosophy.
