I think everyone forgets the bigger picture, so we gain super intelligence, us as humans then can use it to build anything our imagination can think of, so as a human race we can begin to harvest our sun's energy and we can build into a multiplanatry species and reproduce at a much higher rate, we wouldn't be bogged down by mundane work we can grow massive families and travel between planets building super cites to entertain and super business parks and alike humans would evolve faster we can edit DNA to suite our needs and start to become a proper type 1 civilization!
