This is how the electric companies work too, a business moved premises to a former electrical store. It was extremely low tech, and the ai tool didn't believe the massive drop in power usage, so adjusted to reading to be more similar to the former business use. The court procedings were extensive but ended up ruining the business and draining the proprietors energy.
