Just looking at it is obvious it's not AI without even considering the fingers.
That many complex drapes is something AI usually butchers. You can clearly see they have an origin a ending or overlap point. Something AI is still weak at.
Also there's no over saturation of light or colors. And there's a balance of soft/ hard edges. Something AI also seems to not get right.
