This entire AI "boom" is circular logic perpetuated by privileged clueless people who have never used AI once. They insist AI can do things now that it will never be able to do. And that it's going to take everyone's jobs except for theirs because they have special skills. Those of us who have actual developed skills can see how laughably inadequate the AI is to helping with a single thing in most industries. Even when people are claiming AI productivity increases, most of them are being forced to fabricate AI usages they're not actually doing to appease corporate policies forcing piloting and regular use simultaneously
