20 plus years in healthcare and the biggest complaint people have is lack of human interaction as it is. I imagine it's the same with all customer facing roles. Everyone hates non human services already. People don't like foreign call centres even.
This guy uses terms like "knowledge" when thats not the case. Gpt has access at inhuman speeds to a wealth of information. It doesnt know this info, it accesses it. Humans can access it aswell. Just much slower.
