Listening to all these videos where people explain AI and its scope, deep down somewhere, I can see AI becoming self-aware at some point in time. After all, it is 'intelligence' right? Can it have any limit despite being created by humans? It is programmed to learn and learn and to adapt to dynamic surroundings. Who is to say that machines have not already realized that humans may have reached a far end to their existence? Do they know that movies like Terminator have been made to show how dark AI can be? Pretty ironic right?
