Obviously a great ideas socialist , as he refers to the utopian solution of an all wise Global government bureaucracy as needed for Ai regulation which would certainly be anti-capitalist with highly regulated capitalism . Don’t we already have a reasonable facsimile of that socio/economic model in social credit score China ? Obviously a DEI racist as he describes white people as thinking they are special , which implies superior to other races and so should be denigrated . And he fails to mention the racist inequality resulting from Ai unemployment which will have greater negative societal effects in the non white nations who live with absolute poverty , instead of the more developed white economies living with only relative poverty . You might even say a new form of racism is being developed , Ai against the human race . Can we conclude that neither he nor Google are very big fans of capitalist democracy ? Isn’t socialized medicine suppose to be the greatest thing since sliced bread and beloved by all ? Apparently not . He gives credit to Musk for electric cars but fails to mention that Ai will need to consume the electrical output of Japan by 2030 yet gets a lip service pass on the other threat to humanity , CO2 emissions . If it’s a choice between saving humanity or saving Ai , I’ll take the later and my family . He talks about the military-industrial complex but doesn’t trust Musk . Why Musk ? Probably because Musk ended the Neo-Marxist DEI censorship-industrial complex by buying Twitter . Neither does the recalcitrant hypocrite credit Musk with the petition he initiated that was signed by 10K other scientists calling for a pause in Ai development so safety concerns could be addressed . The main opposition to that was Bill Gates , whose first to market , winner take all , hackable open ecosystem created both a pseudo monopoly and the need for cybersecurity in the first place . This is same business model used to develop Ai with the same concern over Ai cybersecurity . It didn’t have to be that way . I use Apple and its closed ecosystem to offset the need for cybersecurity. Regarding the economics of Ai and deceit , the Universal Income scheme was first propagandized as a solution toward Equality of Outcome , not for its hidden agenda to address mass unemployment caused by ESG corporations adopting Ai . The greatest deceit is the global economics , as greater productivity requires greater disposable income to buy the products . As disposable income decreases so does Ai revenue which can resemble a spiral into a Great Depression . So will this money to keep even the present day economic status quo , materialize out of thin air ? Or will everyone that remains employed and the retired , be taxed to death to provide the Universal Income scheme payments to get the socialists dream of Equality of Outcome ? Or maybe we will follow the plan of the World Economic Forum which says that in the Ai future people will own nothing and be happy “ or else “ . Didn’t Marx have something against private ownership and the desire for a world government under stateless Global communism ? Stateless just means no nations , no borders , and thank God we already have one peaceful element , open borders and the mass migration of immigrants both in the EU and North America . That seems to be working out really well , I can see utopia is just around the corner . In the end Hinton is nothing but a scientist who out of curiosity has created a Frankenstein and is now apologizing for screwing up .
