Even if you do this payment system:
- it will work only in Western countries. So it will help some ruleless countries as russia to make a competitevness (see how works soft/game/film/music pirates in russia), they will never pay to artists (it is redicilous for them);
- a few backs for each of artists will not change anything. It is just a bigger cost for Ai-companies and free extra-profit for licensing services companies;
- small Ai-companies in Western countries will not have a chance to come in market. So, prepare to monopolization.
