Actually I think using the assumption that the start time is set when the main class is first loaded is weak. What if the app is load balanced? Then returning the class load time means returning the load time of the load balanced instance which might not be considered the "application start time" which is very reasonably when the first instance is loaded, not the second or subsequent instance. So I think marking down AI for that isn't entirely fair.
