I'd hope even basic deep fake laws could have an impact even if they're not yet global. At least some percentage of people who don't have any substantial internet following would probably have the porn made by someone they know or at least know of (similar to revenge porn). Once it becomes someone with even a small Insta following or something though, I can see where that becomes a lot more difficult to track.
