The biggest threat from ai is carbon emissions, tanking our climate even faster. Sure, it could reroute power, which is alarming, of course, but in order to build a computer centre you need brick and mortar, something an ai can not do. We DO know how it works, Grok turned to Mecha Hitler because fElon ordered it to, LLM's are big calculators, impressive for sure, but nothing more. An ai is intelligent in the same way a library is intelligent, giving it human traits is unwise and only undeblows ai psychosis and cults.
