No, the problem is who controls AI! AI will be forced upon everyone by the company that succeeds in making it profitable. The others will fail because of poor planning for supplying enough water and electricity for the data centers. AGI will require as much electric power as the whole US! It will never happen. Most companies will abandon developing AI when they realize it costs too much to become profitable because a lack of enough income from subscriptions!
