The future of happy people are people with ambitions in sport and art and producing something useful... competing agains AI is impossible.
Ambitions will keep people happy. A farmer who raise animals with ambition will have a better chance of a good life then somebody who only has cognitive abilities that will get replaced anyway... he will just feel empty and get a depression while somebody with ambitions will be busy and happy.
