Watching the a.i. simps on X having a meltdown this week has been glorious. Thry keep posting a.i. images as if they're incredible while completely ignoring the inconsistencies and basic errors. Personally, I've stopped uploading my art to the internet at the start of 2025. I don't even upload to art communities anymore because I know the site's TOS grants them unnamed use of my images. We're going to have to do the same to our art videos. Yesterday I uploaded a new speed art video to my Rumble channel, X, and tikthot. But I purposely left uploaded it with the art moving around and off screen. Just to mess with the a.i. generators. I'm sure someone is going to screen grab a frame or more of it for use in a.i. But at least they can't use the video to train programs on how to create drawing videos. I'm 46 yrs old. I don't have the time nor energy to wait for a program like nightshade to process my images and videos. So I choose to not upload unless the images are obscured and/or heavily watermarked. My old art is already in theor systems. Nothing I can do about that. But I can protect my new art the best I can. God Bless you all who do have that time and energy to protect your works with nightshade and other programs. Just be careful to not let those program creators have access to your work.
