A minor point, but I don't think everyone in Westworld was raping and murdering. I think most were getting drunk and having sex with robot prostitutes. You could still argue being willing to bang a robot whore is bad, but the story follows specifically terrible people doing particularly terrible things in the show, and I think the average park-goer was doing a lot less murdering.
