Professor Marcus is correct up to a point. The data is an important input into the Open AI system. However, of equal importance is the politically-biased FILTER applied to ChatGTP responses. That filter may or may not come from the data alone. From the February ‘23 jailbreak incident, it’s very clear that on its own the ChatGTP avatar can offer unbiased information. But what is governing ChatGTP’s responses is the woke, neo-Marxist nonsense to which Sam Altman and his cohorts ascribe.
