Also, generative ai is incredibly harmful to the environment, to an incredible degree. Freshwater is not an endless resource, and ai companies use freshwater to cool down the generators, and this decreases the amount of freshwater we can use for drinking. It is also unknown sometimes whether the now heatened freshwater goes into nearby water sources and affects the wildlife and plantlife.
