I called Tesla concerning a problem I was having utilizing my Tesla credit. I was transferred to an individual who said hello and told me her first name. I had no idea I was speaking to an AI agent. At the end of the call she said it was a pleasure speaking to me and ended the call mispronouncing my last name. I corrected her, there was a long pause, followed by a different voice with the correct pronunciation of my last name.
