I think AI will finally give us all the time in the world into being in touch with an important aspect of being human. Which is being a creator. Generations from now will have the ability to dive into Arts, philosophy, astrology, Dance, Music, Sports, and most importantly having the time to share time with loved ones, raising our children and collaborating with others on a deeper level. We created technology that have always being inline with time progression. The technological advancements being made since inception have always been to reduce the time someone spends on a specific task. So It's only fitting that technology will give us back the time for all the time invested in it. And I mean, isn't that what we've been looking forward to all of our lives? to have the ability to spend time with loved ones and explore our own understanding as a species. I understand many people are frightened how fast the adoption is taking place because it challenges our limited understanding of survival. All this noice and fears about the future will fade into the background no different then the light switch that hangs on our walls. Now I know this is a very positive perspective on the matter but if you choose to see this any differently it just means you have a different perspective and there is nothing wrong with that. Something that doesn't fit into my logic is this notion that the machine will attain consciousness. Consciousness can only come from our birth right in connection and integration of the species to the world and to the existence as a whole at a biological scale. I do see artificial intelligence being smarter than us ten fold. But isn't that awesome, that we were able to create something far more capable than us that can push us faster into the future without having to whipe ourselves out. I am sure there are many challenges ahead from now until its fully integrated but I do see this as an incredible milestone in our short history. 1:02:53
