14:40 I have permeant nerve damage on my right hand. Back in 2020 I was in a bad place mentally that I self harmed. I bit my right hand very violently so many times I got it infected and after some time I lost most function of my hand after a few visits to the hospital. I usually don't like mentioning this when I tell people I took a very long hiatus from drawing between 2020 and mid 2023. Ever since I got back to drawing it's been very difficult. I use a screen tablet and Clip Studio and I rely heavily on the Vector tools to draw now because my hand can't make a simple motion like drawing a circle anymore. I am still very capable of drawing but I sadly only draw once every few months. I do want to just find an online class and sit down, study for a few months straight. I have not improved a lot since I got back to drawing and want to change that by taking it more serious. With all that said I don't turn to AI because it's difficult and using other people's disabilities is pretty insane to me. I get AI is supposed to make life easier but it really shouldn't be allocated to the stuff humans actually want to do like creating art. AI bros don't understand the pride in creating something or the journey of self improvement that comes alongside being able to see your own flaws through the art you create. If you can look at your art and critiqe yourself you are well on your way to being a better person, if you give up and turn to AI you're going to be stuck in a bad cycle of your own making.
