Fucking hilarious it's genuinely the reverse of what you'd expect AI to be doing over the phone. We want REAL people on the other side of the line, and while AI is good we can't guarantee that it will work all the time. So if we must rely on real people being on the other side of the call, we can at least make sure that the callers aren't absolutely fucking toxic.
