Gosh I love your optimism or at least that option you put forth but the naivety there is stupefying. Without doubt this "change" will be catastrophic and not "oh, but Buck Rogers and a brave new future where everyone will just magically readjust to all new fun jobs!" Those that are manufacturing this new AI world have absolutely no interest in what befalls those it disenfranchises and are certainly not steering AI towards empowering the masses but hoping to keep milking them of any monies they have left. The end.
