Total lack of perspective here. Incredibly narrow, all the focus here is on business processes, financial, legal, medical, manufacturing. But what about, say, a concert orchestra, a band, a poet, a painter, a roofer, a tiler, an electrical installer, a plumber, a therapist, a paramedic, a care worker, an arborologist, a gardener, a yachtsman, a tennis coach, a football referee, a lifeguard, a fundraiser, carpet fitters, replacement window installers, chefs and cooks, swimming instructors, teachers, educators, pastors, undertakers, market stall traders. How AI will drastically affect them and put them out of their jobs isn't addressed here. You'd think the whole world was just made up of routine office workers. I would hazard that 70 percent and more of the world's population are just ordinary people doing ordinary things. The number of people working in accountancy, law and medicine and manufacturing and who will be affected by AI is very small indeed. There will be huge changes in those sectors, their equivalent of the industrial revolution, but for everyone else?
