I really value this video and learning about the Kuleshov Effect, and just a woman in science! Something I can’t stop considering however, is that many of these devices also have access to microphones. Analyzing facial features & the string of words/sounds could provide a lot more context for these algorithms to determine one’s mood and what caused it. The AI could also likely be able to track trends in emotion linking persistent emotions with various mental health conditions.
