I'm glad that you mention the point of ai using bunch of energy and water. Usually people from artist community are so focused at problem that ai is stealing (i can understand, they are victims of that) and that see others cons of using ai.
This wasting of resources is for me personally main reason for not using ai at all. Even as a searching device, ever for fun, ever from curiosity. NEVER
