I am a software developer. I have not seen efficiency gains outside of README generation. All other work takes longer. Moreover, all AI results are indeterminant; this sucks.
Will AI improve? Yep. Will it primarily generate slop with little to no business value until that time? Yep, at least 100 bazillion metric butt tons.
