This definitely puts the different points of view in a stark light. I think dr Tyson is correct in the end. AI will advance to the point of ubiquity and we won't be bothered until someone pushes it too far and affects too many people. Until then, I hope we can get a handle on it as a species before it becomes more of a tool of the tyrannical
