Still winning for me. Yes, Copywrite can be an issue that must be attended. But art and artists won't disappear even with AI. AI means that sketches, coloring, concepts will be done faster and better. I am an artist as well, but I'm not using AI results as a final product, they just help me create my own art with easier, as now I have a clearer idea of where I want to get to. AI is just a tool, not a menace. Your fear compares to thinking that photoshop would make useless inking, coloring with watercolors and so on. In a sense it has done, but that hasn't eliminated artists, it has just made their art even better.
