About the artists taking inspiration subject, I think that argument can only pertain to an AI that has independent thought and argues that it's actually conscious if an LLM has grown and evolved and learned to generate art based on things it's seen with visual systems, then that's the only way I can see it being relevant, but humans putting images into an AI with no opinion of its own doesn't qualify.
