IT HAS HAD THE MEANS TO PROVIDE UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE AND INCREASED SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENTS FOR DECADES. BUT ALL THE EXCESS TAX MONEY HAS BEEN GOING TO ARMS MANUFACTURERS, MILITARY SPENDING, AND FOREIGN AIR PACKAGES OR MISCELLANEOUS SPENDING.
