It's like buying a high end EV car but when broken and needs the dealer to fix, the repair shops can't always do the work on the tech car. That's the drawback of relying on AI, which if packaged application systems are implemented but there are dozens of processes of a business that aren't documented or followed by a pre-developed system, which means hiring a specialist to customize it without breaking the warranty and support of the package. Or buying a one size fits all dress and the woman is too tall, too short, too heavy, too slim and it won't fit as she gets older & bigger.
