Been watching this video and realized - the danger isn't coming from AI itself, it's coming from the users who use AI. I've always been skeptical about stuff I see online. Now with AI, it's just easier to make fake info look real, especially dangerous for older folks who might believe it. It's like saying "let's ban guns because guns kill people" - but guns don't kill, people do.
And election corruption? Like that wasn't already a thing?
Controlling what media users watch and manipulating their preferences? Please - this started way back with TV, radio, and even earlier with religions and propaganda.
I'm not afraid of robots - I'm afraid of developers writing spaghetti code. That's what's gonna kill us all lol
And comparing AI to a tiger? Tigers have instincts - does AI have instincts? Instinct to survive? To kill? Nah.
TL;DR: This video isn't telling us to worry about AI, it's telling us to worry about what humans will do with AI. Same story, different tools.
