I’m in Australia, as a young woman in my early twenties with a slightly unconventional higher ed and work history, I’ve been applying for literally any jobs I can find in and around my area since last year and cannot get a job at all! And about 95% of the companies and agencies, especially government departments/agencies, now use AI for recruitment, so I’m actually considering MOVING COUNTRIES to get a job at all!
