13:00 The ChatGPT model has probably been tossed by the makers. The one you're asking may have been rebuilt off a model before the guy asked it. And the asking removed from new data to make sure the model didn't reference the event as facts to go off of again. So yes in it's creation it did happen to it(news wise) but not it's current model(build wise).
