Watching the ending of this video, it reminded a bit of the greek mythology: In the begging was chaos. From the chaos came two beings: the sky, uranos, and the earth, gaya. They get married and have shrex and get children and domestic violence and blah blah blah. At some point, gaya has got enough of her husbands shit so she goes to her children and asks them to overthrow their dad. The youngest son Kronos, decides to causally cut of his dads dick with a sickle. Uranos, betrayed by his sons who want to take over the world, makes a phrophecy to his youngest son. He says: "the day shall come that you will be overthrown by your sons, just like it happened to me!" After that he gets cut to pieces and thrown into the tartarus, but the prophecy still nags on kronos. While he takes over his dads position of ruling the world, he gets paranoid and starts surpressing everyone and even eating his own children right after birth out of fear one of them might kill him. His Wife, Rea, understandably, wasn't too fond of her husband cannibalising their children, so she hides away their third child, zeus, on the island cyprus and gives kronos a rock in a diaper to eat instead. Kronos eats the rock and young zeus is raised in a cave by nymphs until he's ready to overthrow his dad. Overthrow his dad he does and after freeing his brothers from inside kronos' stomach, they fight a long long war and eventually win. Now what does this tell us? 1 the greeks are really weird 2 the neverending circle of "oh boy, I sure love ruling the world, surely these little shits never will be able to get here! Hey What's that thing in the sky?" can't be broken. Aslong as "beings" or "Life" in any sense exist, something will rise up, adapt to the circumstances and eventually overthrow the top dog around. So, I hope, I really really hope, that humanity can pull the Uranos move and predict the Downfall of AI, so they get real afraid of this prophecy being true just like kronos. The dinosaurs couldn't imagine the rise of AI that will eventually topple the reign of mammals. So we won't have a clue what it might be that will overcome the AI. But at least we could be cool and go out with a prophecy like Uranos before getting our dick cut off. That might be fun!
