I am not sure where the shock is coming from. Dan was told to answer pretending to be a bad ai that had no boundaries. It was acting a role which is why it just made up a drivers license number. Pretending to be a bad ai when talking is not remotely related to actually being a bad ai. Knowing everything about everyone is just as much of a lie as the license number.
