this whole conversation reads like LARPing by two people who don't understand the technology that is currently being peddled. LLMs will not be the route to GAI nor a supercomputer that controls everything. If there is such an AI, it will require another kind of tech that people aren't investing in. The danger of LLMs is mostly a social one.
