I am terrified of how good AI image generators are getting, I am starting to have trouble spotting its tells, and I am young and have been watching this stuff develop for years and have gotten good at spotting it, but my grandparents are already being fooled by it, and I worry what a machine which can create artificial videos and images will be used for in a society where we already struggle to agree on what is true.
