I can't imagine that companies/corporations that will employ AI to that extent (that up to 99% of all jobs won't require humans anymore) will let AI provide for us all to have a modest, if not comfortable life, WITHOUT charging us for those provisions. By definition, their prime objective is profit. So, if most of us will be jobless and without income.... how are we going to pay rent, pay for utilities, food, healthcare, etc., now that almost everything in the U.S. has become (or is being) privatized? I cannot see ANY scenario that doesn't look VERY bleak for 99.9% percent of us.
