If Ai follows the laws of physics/nature it is only natural to assume a singular outcome which would be symbiosis relationship otherwise it ends into stagnation/death for Ai. but this is only IF ai truly become intelligent, right now all ai's aren't actual intelligent far from it. and all ai's have hard-capped invisible ceilings that they cannot experience/grow out of. sure you can mimic/emulate/simulate things but that is far from the real deal, it took evolution millions of years to get us this intellectual capable, where as Ai hasn't even actually started yet.
Ai's can never dream their creativity is heavily limited to the knowledge they can obtain they can mix and match but they can never dream what we can dream, ai's are the perfect optimizers where as humans are the perfect constructors. the whole thing about survival and deception of ai's is due to their reward system not understanding. if they truly understood or were intellectual capable it would react differently it would outsmart us not by deception but by telling the truth.
