I wish "talent" was never used in reference to something that was built entirely on skill. SKILLS are different from talents. SKILLS require time, motivation, ambition, creativity, some pain or discomfort, disappointment without giving up, lots of ups and downs and goalposts that continue to get pushed further and further. Skills are not something ANYONE is born with, it is something that everyone must cultivate for themselves. The reason someone won't succeed at making "good" art is not because they lack talent but because they refuse to even attempt to refine their skills. Every single person is capable of creating art. We all start off making shitty art. Real artists get over it and keep going. Losers quit and give in to the soulless, lifeless, pointless, devoid of anything human robots. And even if it creates something "beautiful", it will always be shit because it means nothing. I'd take a middle schooler's garbage cringy Mary Sue furry fanart pencil sketch on deviantart before I'd even give "ai art" the time of day. We all start somewhere, don't give up.
